Summary
Java Software Engineer designing and building backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL databases, with CI/CD and cloud platforms, based in Singapore.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and backend services.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Work with SQL/relational databases, including database design, queries, and integration.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve application performance and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and CI/CD activities.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other development teams.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
