- 3+ years’ backend development experience, ideally with Java as your primary language.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experienced working in cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes etc).
- Happy to contribute to the frontend when needed (Nextjs / React).
- Comfortable building scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Good communicator, able to collaborate with product, design, frontend engineering teams etc.
