Software Engineer (Java / .NET)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join an international technology company in strong growth that is transforming a key sector through digital platforms, connected systems, and large-scale data solutions.

• Direct hire with an end client in the technology sector.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and evolve backend solutions and integration services.
• Participate in projects related to data processing, connectivity between systems, and automation of business processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other engineers to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Improve existing architectures by proposing new approaches when necessary.
• Contribute to technical design and decision-making within the team.
• Ensure software quality through development best practices, testing, and code review.
• Use generative AI tools on a regular basis to accelerate development and improve productivity.

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in software development, in one of the following ecosystems: TypeScript, .NET / C#, Java + Spring Boot, Python
• High fluency in the use of generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) as an integral part of the development cycle, driving productivity, autonomy, and continuous improvement in the delivery of solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed architectures.
• Professional level of English, spoken and written, as you will be working with international colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of developments.
