Software Engineer JAVA

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our team. In this role you will contribute to the design and development of high-performance scalable Java applications while collaborating with senior engineers on technical initiatives and architectural decisions. You will support database optimization, participate in code reviews, and work with modern frameworks, cloud platforms and DevOps practices. Responsibilities

• Programming & System Development – Contribute to the design and development of scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Database Optimization – Assist in improving database performance through indexing, query optimization and data modeling in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Code Quality & Best Practices – Participate in peer code reviews, follow coding standards, and apply SOLID principles and best practices.
• Deployment & Cloud Support – Support deployments with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes and integrate cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Problem‑Solving & Collaboration – Troubleshoot and resolve issues under guidance and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Front‑End Development – Develop front-end applications using Angular13 (preferred) with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and Node.js.
• Microservices & APIs – Design and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Workflow Automation – Learn and support integration of Camunda BPM with Spring Boot microservices.
• IAM – Gain hands‑on experience with IAM solutions like Keycloak (SSO, RBAC, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
• Database Migrations – Use Liquibase or Flyway for DB migrations.
• Monitoring – Support application monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Skills and Competencies

• Core Technical – Proficiency in Java & Spring Boot, object‑oriented programming, design patterns and microservices architecture.
• Front‑End Development – Knowledge of Angular13, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Node.js.
• Database Management & Optimization – Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; understanding of indexing, query optimization, data modeling.
• DevOps & Cloud Platforms – CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), AWS or Azure.
• Workflow Orchestration & IAM – Basic knowledge of Camunda BPM integration and IAM tools Keycloak.
• Monitoring Tools – Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting – Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Collaboration & Communication – Effective teamwork, communication, learning agility, ownership, adaptability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in software development.
• Certifications in Java, AWS, Azure, or DevOps‑related tools are a plus.
