The Judiciary team at GovTech is seeking a software engineer to manage the full development lifecycle of our digital products. You will handle everything from initial requirements to production support, using a practical technology stack while maintaining full ownership of all technical decisions.

What you'll do
- Architect, develop, and maintain software solutions for the Judiciary.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle including testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Engage in technical design reviews and code assessments, advocating for your solutions while remaining receptive to new evidence.
- Proactively identify and implement enhancements to our systems and internal processes.
Requirements
- Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals such as CI/CD, automated testing, version control, observability, and secure-by-design principles.
- Ability to articulate and defend technical choices while staying open to alternative perspectives.
- A focus on identifying and resolving root causes rather than temporary fixes.
- High level of initiative to identify and execute necessary tasks independently.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
