Software Engineer
About the role
You build and run the systems the company works on every day: the staff portal, the hiring pipeline, the client dashboards and the automations that connect them. Small team, a direct line to the founder, and your work is live the same week.
What you will do
Build and maintain web tools on Cloudflare Workers and Pages, in plain HTML and JavaScript
Design and run automations in n8n, Lark Base and Supabase
Connect systems: forms, webhooks, email, chat notifications and AI tools
Own reliability: alerts that fire, failures that are loud, nothing that breaks silently
Ship every change through GitHub: issue, commit, pull request, merge
Turn a request from Sales, Production or HR into a working tool in days, not months
What you bring
2 or more years building web applications or automations that real users depend on
Strong JavaScript, comfortable with SQL and REST APIs
You read the logs before you guess
You finish the job: tested, deployed, written up
Plain English, spoken and written
A plus: Cloudflare, n8n, Lark or Feishu, Supabase, Claude or OpenAI tooling
