Responsibilities
- Administration, maintenance, and support of the Pega platform to ensure high availability, performance, and security of business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the Pega platform.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Pega BPM
- 2+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator or similar role
- Experience with Pega application development
- Experience with Pega system administration, including installation, configuration, and upgrade
- Knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
- Knowledge of writing SQL queries
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Expertise in various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP
Desired Skills
- Well-versed with SDLC, Agile, CI/CD methodologies
- Hands-on Java experience is an asset
- Experience with Python is an asset
- Experience with Git and pull request workflow
