Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Design technical architecture, APIs, and database solutions.
- Lead code reviews and ensure coding standards, quality, and security.
- Mentor and guide developers while driving best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver projects.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Manage deployments and support CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with proven technical leadership.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with system design, cloud platforms, Git, and CI/CD.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience working with Government projects.
