I'm hiring a Software Engineer ll to join an innovation team within a leading payments company based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-performance, high-volume systems, contributing to the design and implementation of a next-generation financial platform. You'll be developing scalable, enterprise-grade Java solutions with a focus on Microservices architecture, secure APIs, and cloud integration. This role requires strong backend development skills and a solid grasp of modern design patterns and distributed systems.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java and React
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka and Microservices
- Knowledge of design patterns and best practices
- Hands-on experience with JUnit or similar unit testing frameworks
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure is highly desirable
- Angular / React experience highly desirable too
