Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Summary

Builds and maintains back-office web apps using Angular, C#/.NET, REST APIs, and Azure, while improving UI performance and accessibility in an agile team.

We are looking for a

Software Engineer (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) to join our team located in Tallinn, Varberg, Oslo

In this role, you will be a software development expert in an agile product development team, building and maintaining Back Office applications. On daily basis you will:

  • Driving the development of different application components for the product
  • Participating in the architectural design efforts of web applications as part of a cross-functional team
  • Collaborating with product owner, UX/UI designer, architects and other roles in order to discover the right solution
  • Identifying issues, suggesting improvements to existing and new features, presenting and sharing ideas for solutions
  • Seeking, evaluating, and recommending new technologies and concepts
  • Adapt new technical trends in web application to support product’s quality
  • Take initiative to improve quality across different aspects of frontend: accessibility, performance, consistency, maintainability, robustness, etc
  • Participate and follow maintenance processes (incident, problem, event as applicable)
  • Work in a distributed organization with agile processes

We seek a skilled engineer with proven track record of successful front-end projects and back-end capabilities. You will be a good fit for the role if you are:

  • Experienced in utilizing REST API web services in Front-End Development
  • Experienced in modern web component frameworks, with strong expertise in Angular and working knowledge of StencilJS,
  • Demonstrate the ability to design and implement reusable, performant UI components
  • Highly skilled in C# / .NET framework
  • Experienced with Cloud Development (Azure would be a bonus) and event-driven architecture-based solutions
  • Possess knowledge of Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Automation
  • Experience in working in an Agile team
  • Passionate about building unique customer journeys

As a person, you are self-driven and have proactive and can-do attitude. You know how to communicate with different businesses and tech stakeholders. You do speak English fluently.
