Software Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Software Engineer to help design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused products that support business goals and improve the overall customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical planning, and solution design discussions.
• Monitor application performance and support efforts to improve scalability, reliability, and security.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing software in one or more modern programming languages.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose thoughtful solutions.
• Familiarity with software testing practices and quality assurance principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building scalable web, mobile, or cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and modern software architectures.
• Exposure to agile or iterative development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or automation tools.
• Interest in learning new technologies and improving technical skills continuously.
