- Undergraduate or master’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience developing full-stack applications with readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable code
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with developers and technical and non-technical people within software teams
- Hands-on experience and willingness to learn across frontend technologies (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind)
- Hands-on experience and willingness to learn backend technologies (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET)
- Hands-on experience and willingness to learn databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL)
- Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD
- Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and overall system reliability
- Experience working in Agile teams including active participation in sprint ceremonies
- Experience pair programming collaboratively with other developers
- Exceptional time management in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
- Business level language fluency skills in English and local language with ability to adjust style to different perspectives and seniority levels
