Software Engineer (MERN)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in MERN Full Stack development and/or Python-based applications to join our growing team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable web applications, work closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and/or Python (Django/Flask).
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Create responsive and reusable frontend components.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Collaborate with QA, design, and product teams.
• Support deployment and post-release maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js OR Python (Django/Flask).
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization.
• Familiarity with Linux environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Next.js, Redux, or modern frontend tools.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with payment gateways, third-party APIs, or microservices.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
