Métrica Software Engineer

Metrica is looking for a Software Engineer for a Space Sector project.

- Management of the software for Space project applications.

- Analysis of application requirements.

- Systems modeling.

- Identification of relationships, dependencies, and inconsistencies between requirements, interfaces, and components.

We are looking for a person to manage and analyze software requirements for Space projects.

Degree: Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
At least 2 or 3 years of work experience in Software Engineering.
Intermediate knowledge of Software Engineering and the development lifecycle.
Basic knowledge of software requirements management and analysis.
Basic knowledge of UML and systems modeling.
Ability to assimilate large volumes of technical and functional information, even when it is complex and comes from different sources.
Analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with extensive and structured technical documentation.
Ability to identify relationships, dependencies, and inconsistencies between requirements, interfaces, and components.

IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS, especially for requirements management and traceability.
Enterprise Architect, for UML modeling, software architecture, and design.
Version control tools such as Git or SVN.
Issue and project management tools such as Jira.
Knowledge of software architecture and design.
Basic knowledge of: UML, component diagrams, sequence diagrams, deployment diagrams, and interfaces between systems.
Experience working with technical documentation such as: Software Requirements Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Architecture/Design Documents, and Verification Requirements.
Basic knowledge of software integration, verification, and validation.
