Software Engineer (Mid-level to Staff+)

We are looking for a talented, hands-on Software Engineer to join a fast-moving AI-focused technology team in San Francisco for one of our client. You will work across product engineering, backend platforms, and AI infrastructure, taking end-to-end ownership of features and systems from development through deployment. This is an individual contributor role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working across the stack, and building impactful products in a highly collaborative environment. Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software across the full technology stack. Build user-facing web and mobile experiences using modern frontend technologies. Develop scalable backend APIs, services, integrations, and platform infrastructure. Work with AI-powered systems, agent workflows, and related infrastructure. Take ownership of features and systems from concept through production. Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and maintainable software. Troubleshoot and debug applications at the application, container, and infrastructure levels. Collaborate closely with other engineers and product stakeholders to solve complex technical problems. Contribute to technical architecture, engineering decisions, and product development. Stay current with emerging AI and software engineering technologies and apply them effectively. Use modern AI tools and development workflows to improve productivity and engineering outcomes.
