Software Engineer Mobile and Web Apps

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop, maintain and enhance enterprise web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frontend development, cross‑platform mobile application development, API integration, and modern software engineering practices. The role requires the ability to quickly understand existing applications, deliver scalable solutions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web and cross‑platform mobile applications.
• Design responsive, user‑friendly, high‑performance frontend interfaces.
• Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs and third‑party systems.
• Build secure, scalable, well‑documented application services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Understand and enhance existing codebases while ensuring code quality.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain AI‑powered chatbot solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable code following coding standards.
• Use Git and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for source control, build, and deployment.
• Implement application security, authentication, and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with QA teams during testing, debugging, and production releases.
• Prepare technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Frontend development with React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Cross‑platform mobile development with Flutter, React Native, or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, API integration, and microservices.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, and secure coding practices.
• Debugging and optimizing web and mobile application performance.
• Familiarity with AI chatbot integration and modern AI APIs is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in developing native mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web applications.
• Proficiency in native mobile development languages and SDKs (Swift/Objective‑C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).
• Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and web technologies (HTML5, CSS).
