Software Engineer (MongoDB) at BairesDev
As a Software Engineer (MongoDB), you will build applications on MongoDB with expertise in schema design, aggregation pipelines, and sharding strategies. You will play a key role in optimizing database performance and managing Atlas cloud environments to support scalable, data-driven applications.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement efficient MongoDB schema models tailored for high-performance application requirements.
- Develop and optimize complex aggregation pipelines to perform advanced data analysis and transformation.
- Manage and scale MongoDB clusters using sharding strategies to ensure high availability and distributed data handling.
- Administer and optimize MongoDB Atlas cloud environments, ensuring secure and efficient database operations.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate MongoDB best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures to maintain optimal throughput and low latency.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Database Administration, or Data Engineering.
- Proven expertise in building applications on MongoDB and designing complex schemas.
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB sharding strategies and cluster scaling.
- Deep understanding of MongoDB Atlas for cloud database management.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
