What we offer

• Full-stack development in a three-layer environment (React, Spring Boot, Python for selective microservices, SQL).
• Docker container definition and deployment on AWS.
• Implementation unit and integration testing for software quality.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with PMs, QA, and Data Engineers to deliver critical features efficiently.

What we’re looking for

• 4-6 years of experience
• Java/Spring Boot development (React is a plus)
• Design and consumption of REST APIs
• Microservices architecture and Docker deployment
• Unit and integration testing
• CI/CD experience and AWS deployment
• SQL knowledge for queries and optimization
• Fluent in English and Spanish

This gives extra points

• Experience in fintech or financial systems
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Results-oriented with technical ownership
• Curiosity and fast learning ability

Conditions

• Base pay + performance bonus, private health insurance, Gympass and pension plan
• 25 days of vacation (and your birthday off!)
• Hybrid mode: 2 days in office 3 days in remote
