KEY RESPONSIBILITES (JOB REQUIREMENTS)
- 1 Solution Design & Development
- 2 Design and develop high-quality software and/or AI solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- 3 Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- 4 Study information needs and system workflows by collaborating with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to design effective software solutions.
- 1 Testing & Deployment
- 2 Test and deploy software systems by preparing system specifications and adhering to design standards to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
- 3 Prepare deployment plans and execute releases to deliver functional systems that meet performance expectations.
- 1 Documentation & Demonstration
- 2 Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- 3 Demonstrate developed solutions to stakeholders to validate functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- 1 Collaboration & Agile Practices
- 2 Collaborate across teams and functions to ensure the viability and integration of software designs within the broader system architecture.
- 3 Drive agile development practices to ensure timely delivery of features and responsiveness to changing requirements.
- 4 Follow RWS software development lifecycle and coding standards to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
- 1 Problem Investigation
- 2 Investigate problem areas within systems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that enhance system reliability and user satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Python, JavaScript or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure is preferred).
- Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) preferred.
Leadership & Communication
- Proven experience leading or working with software development teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
