Software Engineer (.NET/Java)

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable, reliable applications and collaborating with teams to solve real problems while continuously learning and growing in a fast-paced environment. Mandatory Skill-set Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields Must have 3+ years of experience in software development Strong hands-on experience in .NET or Java Frontend experience with React or Next.js (or similar frameworks) Good understanding of software development fundamentals and best practices Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven mindset. Desired Skill-set Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (beyond basic chat usage), Agile environments, and CI/CD, cloud, or DevOps practices is a plus. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies as required.
