- Application Development:Design, develop, and maintain applications and web systems using Microsoft Technologies, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.
- Technical Consultation:Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements, provide technical insights, and develop customized solutions that align with business goals.
- Troubleshooting:Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within production environments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Project Planning:Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report regularly to Project Managers, ensuring that all development tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Performance Optimization:Continuously monitor system performance and user experience, proactively implementing improvements where necessary.
- Legacy System Management:Ensure smooth integration and maintenance of existing systems while adopting new technologies and features as needed.
- Additional Duties:Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors or Project Managers to meet the evolving needs of the business.

- A minimum of1 year in software developmentis required. However,recent graduates with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong experience with.NETand related languages(C#, ASP.NET), managing performance, scalability, security, and testing.
- Proficient inReact, with basic knowledge ofCSSandJavaScript, and the ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs when needed.
- Experience withMS SQLServerorMySQL.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience withCI/CDtools, especiallyGitLab CI/CD.
- Familiar withDocker, Swarm,andKubernetes (K8s).
- Effective time management and multitasking skills under pressure.
- Creative problem-solving skills, applying business logic in development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
- A strong command of written and spoken English is a significant advantage.
