We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a US-based engineering and product leadership team, with end-to-end ownership of real features on a modern AWS stack. The team moves fast, ships continuously, and expects engineers to use AI coding tools as a core part of how they work. For those seeking genuine ownership in a small, high-trust environment without the bureaucracy of a large captive center, this is that opportunity.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a track record of using them to materially increase output, we'll want to hear specifics about how you work.

  • Strong AWS experience, comfortable designing, deploying, and operating services on the AWS stack, with hands-on exposure to container and batch workloads (ECS, Batch) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).

  • Proficiency in one or more of TypeScript, .NET, or Python, with the adaptability to work across all three.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities move and you own outcomes, not just tickets.

  • Solid fundamentals in system/API design, testing, and CI/CD.

  • Strong written English and the self-direction to work effectively with a remote, US-based team.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an early engineer on a new team, product, or site.

  • Hands-on work with AWS Bedrock or other LLM/GenAI services in production.

  • Experience in marketing measurement and optimization, marketing mix modeling, attribution, media/marketing analytics, or adjacent analytic fields such as data science platforms, experimentation, or large-scale data processing.

  • Familiarity with building data- or analytics-intensive applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship production features across the stack, owning your work from design through deployment and operation.

  • Use AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and similar) fluently to accelerate delivery, scaffolding, refactoring, testing, and debugging at high velocity.

  • Build and run services on AWS, primarily ECS, Batch, and Bedrock, taking real responsibility for reliability, performance, and cost of what you ship.

  • Work across the stack in TypeScript, .NET, and Python, with infrastructure managed as code in Terraform.

  • Collaborate closely with US engineering and product partners across time zones, communicating clearly in writing and keeping work visible.

  • Contribute to the engineering standards, practices, and culture of a brand-new team, your habits set the bar for who comes next.
