- Build network-driven software solutions: Develop applications with a strong focus on networking and system integration.
- Bridge software and infrastructure: Combine software engineering with network and DevOps perspectives.
- Automate network processes: Use Python to streamline and optimize network-related workflows.
- Work close to the system layer: Develop solutions interacting with network protocols and infrastructure components.
- Ensure system reliability: Support stable and efficient operation of network-based systems.
- Improve performance and scalability: Analyze system behavior and optimize network-driven applications.
- Collaborate across domains: Work closely with network engineers, DevOps and platform teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders and customers.
- You have hands-on experience in software engineering, ideally with a focus on networking.
- You are proficient in Python and use it to build automation or backend solutions.
- You have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g. routing, switching, protocols).
- You are familiar with DevOps tools and workflows.
- You understand the interaction between software, infrastructure and network layers.
- You are comfortable working in Linux or system-near environments.
- You take a proactive approach, driving ideas and solutions forward independently.
- You work autonomously and are confident in taking ownership of your tasks and results.
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ideally, you also have knowledge of German.
