We are looking for a fresh graduate Software Engineers who will work at TEB Arf – Digital Channels Team in İzmir (Urla Teknopark Office).

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating software development plans, ensuring coordination with other software development teams,
- Designing system architectures in accordance with analyses performed by the analysis teams, preparing technical design documents,
- Managing software development processes for projects under one's responsibility, and conducting application testing,
- Generating innovative ideas related to the tasks at hand and taking necessary actions,
- Transform the current workflows using Artificial Intelligence,
- Participating in the software development process by adapting to Agile principles,
- Performing maintenance, monitoring, and performance improvement tasks for the applications developed.
Who we’re looking for
