Software Engineer
- Coordinating Software projects
- Training Admin, student and faculty
- Providing guidance for problems and questions
- Participating in business meetings
- Impart training on the usage of the software
- Handling all the queries of the end users and provide support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of programming experience.
- Knowledge of MS-SQL,MYSQL, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of integration between frontend and backend
- Knowledge of J2EE and frameworks available for it {{such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC etc. depending on technology stack}}
