About The Role:

We‘re seeking an experienced developer who excels across our tech stack, building robust backend services, scalable applications, and native mobile experiences. Beyond coding, we need someone who can lead, mentor, and help build a strong engineering culture. This is a hands-on role where you‘ll take ownership of technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and directly influence our product direction.

What We‘re Looking For:

✅ Strong expertise in **JavaScript & Node.js** comfortable building and optimizing server-side applications

✅ Proven experience with **React Native** or native mobile development (iOS/Android)

✅ Ability to architect scalable solutions across frontend and backend

✅ **Team building & management expertise** — experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers

✅ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

✅ Understanding of databases, APIs, and system design

✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to code quality and best practices

✅ Bonus: Experience with Agile methodologies and technical documentation

Experience & Compensation:

**1-3 years experience:** ₹60,000/month

**3-5 years experience:** Up to ₹1,00,000/month

Compensation is based on your experience level, portfolio, and demonstrated expertise.
