Working across the full product lifecycle—from early design and prototyping through to shipping and ongoing support
Optimising application performance and reliability for professional, real-time production environments
What we're looking for
5+ years of professional C++ experience, with solid grounding in modern C++ (11/14/17)
Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
Experience developing cross-platform desktop applications (Windows, macOS, and/or Linux)
Ability to read, debug, and work confidently within large existing codebases
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A practical, get-it-shipped mindset with a focus on quality and stability
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with GPU programming (Metal, Vulkan, DirectX) or audio/video codecs
Experience with Python scripting or build/CI systems
Exposure to mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
Why work with us
Build tools used daily by top creatives around the world
Work on products that span the full pipeline, from hardware to software
Collaborate with a talented, multidisciplinary team in a hands-on engineering environment
Work onsite in our purpose-built South Melbourne HQ with full in-house design, prototyping, and manufacturing
