What You’ll Own
- Design and implement backend services and platform utilities.
- Improve observability, maintainability, and runtime reliability.
- Collaborate with AI and product teams on shared architecture decisions.
- Contribute to code review, testing, and technical planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production coding experience.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and service integration work.
- Ability to debug across layers and reason about operational risk.
- A practical mindset and strong written communication.
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent backend/platform engineering experience.
