Position: Software Engineer

Essential KeyTechnical Requirement:

09+ years of experience in application support, release management, deployment and software delivery within enterprise-scale environments.
5+ years of experience managing complex application releases deployment and coordinating cross-functional teams across development, testing, and production environments.
Working experience and practical knowledge of release/deployment OR DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation for 3+ years.
5+ years total Banking working experience is mandatory.
Prior working experience in SG local bank(s) is mandatory (at least 1+ year)
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Aldon tool.
Good understanding of Local Bank’s release management processes and governance standards.
Experience managing releases across multiple environments and applications.
Familiarity with source control, build, and deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and change management processes.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in banking or financial services environments is an advantage.
