Software Engineer Product

You will design and implement full-stack product features across frontend, backend APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. You will build and operate production platforms, improve delivery pipelines and monitoring, integrate AI models, and rapidly prototype, validate, and improve products with the Product Owner and international colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack products
• Build frontend, backend APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Build and operate CI/CD, monitoring, scaling, and security capabilities
• Integrate ML and AI models into products
• Implement LLM inference, memory systems, and search algorithms
• Rapidly prototype, validate, and improve product hypotheses
• Collaborate in Japanese and English-speaking teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of production software engineering experience or equivalent
• Full-stack development
• User-facing product design, development, and release
• Python
• Modern web framework
• Docker
• Cloud platform experience
• AI or ML model serving and inference optimization preferred
• DevOps and infrastructure as code preferred
