Key Responsibilities:
Manage production-scale SWE data and coding evaluation projects.
Oversee contributor sourcing, calibration, throughput, quality, costs, and delivery.
Inspect code, tests, and evaluation artifacts to identify technical issues.
Drive quality improvements and delivery recovery.
Mandatory Requirements:
Direct experience managing SWE data programs for AI/LLM models.
Proven ownership of coding training, RLHF, SWE benchmarks, or coding evaluation projects.
Ability to review code, validate tests, and make quality acceptance decisions.
Experience managing scaled production operations.
