As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing modern software products that serve real business and customer needs. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Python and Django, comfortable working with modern frontend or mobile technologies such as Next.js or Flutter, and enthusiastic about integrating AI tools into everyday development workflows. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy high-quality software features and applications.
• Own features and small-to-medium-sized projects throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to enhance coding efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and Django frameworks.
• Build and maintain responsive web or mobile application features using Next.js or Flutter.
• Automate engineering workflows and improve development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and drive product improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Monitor application performance and support troubleshooting and optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django development.
• Experience with Next.js or Flutter development.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.
• Strong knowledge of system design and scalable application architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate software development and productivity.
• Strong SQL and database management skills with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience using Git for source code management and version control.
• Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
