Software Engineer (React front-end)/ (Spring Boot backend)(สัญญาจ้าง 6 เดือน)

• พัฒนาระบบฝั่ง Backend : ออกแบบ พัฒนาและดูแลระบบ Backend ที่มีความเสถียรและมีประสิทธิภาพสูง โดยใช้ภาษา Java และ Spring Boot

• การจัดทำรายงาน (Reporting Solutions) : พัฒนาและดูแลรายงานที่มีความซับซ้อนโดยใช้ Jasper Reports เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการทางธุรกิจ

• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการ : วิเคราะห์และแปลความต้องการทางธุรกิิจที่ซับซ้อนให้เป็นข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค

• การทำงานร่วมกับทีม : ถ่ายทอดข้อมูล ให้คำปรึกษาทางเทคนิคและเป็นพี่เลี้ยงให้กับนักพัฒนารุ่นใหม่ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป้าหมายของโครงการเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน

• คุณภาพของโค้ด : ควบคุมมาตรฐาน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของโค้ด ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัย

• การแก้ไขปัญหา : แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อนได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ

• การพัฒนาแบบ Agile : ทำงานร่วมกับทีมข้ามสายงานในสภาพแวดล้อมแบบ Agile เพื่อส่งมอบซอฟต์แวร์คุณภาพสูง
  

คุณสมบัติ

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: 1-4 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.

• Technical Expertise:
  - Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  - Hands-on experience with JasperReports for designing and generating reports.
  - Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).

• Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and break down complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and cascade information to the development team.

• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

• Preferred Qualifications
  - Experience in Finance/Accounting related development is a plus***
  - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  - Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
  - Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
