Software Engineer (ReactJS)

Support the network team in implementing network automation initiatives, including network provisioning, monitoring, and operational processes.

Develop and maintain network monitoring dashboards to improve visibility and monitoring capabilities.

Manage and maintain network monitoring systems, tools, and applications.

Develop, test, troubleshoot, and enhance applications using Python, JavaScript, UNIX scripting, SQL, and related technologies.

Understand, integrate, and troubleshoot REST APIs and system APIs.

Maintain and modify existing applications based on approved requirements and change requests.

Develop programming logic, update technical documentation, and implement coding changes.

Design, develop, and execute application testing and enhancements.

Write new program code based on functional and technical specifications.

Provide BAU production support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous enhancements for existing systems.

Work with network and infrastructure teams to resolve application and monitoring-related issues.

Participate in 24x7 on-call support and respond to production incidents when required.

Perform other duties and technical assignments as required.

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Hands-on programming experience with Python, JavaScript, UNIX/Shell scripting, and SQL.

Familiarity with web application technologies, such as ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.

Experience developing or supporting applications in both Unix/Linux and Windows environments.

Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, SNMP, and network monitoring.

Understanding of API integration, preferably REST APIs.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
