We are looking for a hungry, scrappy Software Engineer who thrives in a startup environment and is excited to build, solve problems, and move quickly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, figure things out, and take ownership without needing everything mapped out for them. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning new technologies when needed, and finding practical solutions when there isn't an obvious answer.
We're especially interested in engineers with startup experience who are motivated by building products, solving real problems, and making an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve full-stack web applications
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end features
- Work closely with the team to turn product requirements into working solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Take ownership of projects and features from development through implementation
- Quickly research and learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks as needed
- Identify problems proactively and find practical solutions
- Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly
- Collaborate with other team members to improve product functionality and performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer / Developer
- Experience building and maintaining production applications
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out independently
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working at a startup or fast-growing company
- Experience working on products from early-stage development through launch
- Experience working in small, lean engineering teams
- Experience with modern web development frameworks and technologies
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
- A track record of taking initiative beyond assigned tasks
