Software Engineer

In this role you will design, build, and run mission-critical platform services that enable policy-driven decisions across millions of identities. You will craft high-performance Golang backends and robust Angular frontends, deployed as resilient microservices on AWS. You’ll work with cross-functional teams including data scientists to bring AI-driven features into policy workflows, and you’ll help optimize distributed cloud architectures for low latency. • Design and build core platform services for policy definition and real-time decision making
• Develop high-performance Golang backend code and Angular frontend features
• Implement and operate microservices on AWS with an emphasis on low-latency architectures
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI-driven capabilities into policy decisions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD improvements to accelerate releases
• Contribute to on-call rotations ensuring platform availability and reliability
• Mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices across microservices and cloud infrastructure
• Engage with monitoring, alerting, and runbooks to maintain service health

• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven backend development experience with Golang building scalable microservices and SaaS solutions
• Frontend experience with Angular or modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Strong understanding of automated testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end) and debugging
• Familiarity with AWS and distributed cloud data stores (DynamoDB, Aurora, Snowflake)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins or CloudBees)
• Ability to participate in a scheduled 24x7 on-call rotation
