Transform functional and non-functional product requirements into software components (source code) that comply with specifications, architecture guidelines, and coding standards. It includes understanding the specifications/requirements; design, code and test software components unitarily; automate unit tests; commenting/documenting standards-compliant code; apply software configuration management (SCM) protocols and integrate components into the software product; Repair code defects found during testing and/or unlocking.
Task Complexity:
- Use standard tools to assure quality and performance of objects created/adjusted.
- Participates in AMS support teams and implementation projects by themself or still being coached by a senior consultant.
- Can act as backup of senior consultants.
- Adheres to all development policies.
- Knows and follows on his career plan.
Knowledge Completeness:
- Sufficient expertise in methodology and technology (including the Sourcing & Procurement modules, Sales Process and Best Practices) that enables the creation of deliverables of moderate complexity with minimal to no supervision.

- Proficient Consultants demonstrate expertise in executing their activities and delivering results, necessitating supervision only in the face of complex assignments.
