Our software is used globally to connect equipment with factory systems such as MES, EAP and other manufacturing applications.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer with practical SECS/GEM experience to deliver our Equipment Integration and Custom Development services.
This is a coding-focused role involving equipment communication, system integration, APIs, and reusable software components.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SECS/GEM or Factory Automation in Semiconductor or related environment.
- Strong C++, C# / .NET development skills
- Familiar with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar development assistants
- Good understanding of object-oriented design and software architecture
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with asynchronous communication, networking and system integration
What You Will Work On
- Develop SECS/GEM equipment interfaces and communication protocols for semiconductor equipment integration
- Connect semiconductor equipment with MES, EAP, databases and factory systems
- Develop backend services and Web APIs using C#/.NET
- Build reusable SDKs, libraries and communication components
- Develop simulators, diagnostic tools and engineering utilities
- Troubleshoot equipment communication and integration issues
- Work directly with customers and engineers to understand equipment behaviour and design suitable integration solutions
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who enjoys coding, understands SECS/GEM, and likes solving equipment connectivity problems.
