If you want to help build the future of finance from first principles, we'd love to hear from you. ## The role We’re looking for a Software Engineer to own security and infra at Bleap. ### You’ll be - Owning cloud and infra security across AWS and GCP, enforced through our IaC - Owning key management, signing infrastructure, and the security of our onchain flows - Owning internal access and devices - SSO, VPN, endpoints, CI/CD - Owning incident response, detection, and monitoring for anomalous fund movement - Embedding security into how we ship ### Stack - Java 24 - AWS, GCP, Docker - PostgreSQL, Redis - Springboot, Hibernate ### What we expect from you - Define the security roadmap for Bleap - and be honest about what's urgent versus what's theatre - Set the standard for secure-by-default infrastructure and code across the engineering function - Take ownership of projects end to end and drive them, without waiting to be told what the risks are - Make security a thing that helps us ship faster, not a gate that slows us down ### What we look for - 5+ years in security engineering, with real depth in infrastructure and DevOps - not purely GRC or purely pentesting - Strong backend fundamentals - you read and write production code, not just findings - Crypto or blockchain security experience is preferred but not mandatory - Start-up/scale-up experience is preferred but not mandatory - You’re based in Europe (or can work in European time zones) ## How we work ### Own the Outcome We are a team of 10x talent obsessed with high-quality output.
