Senior Software Engineer designing and developing platform services for Infor's LN Platform, focusing on MCP Server capabilities and AI-driven innovation using languages like C++, C, Python, Java, or Infor LN 4GL in an enterprise SaaS environment.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions across the LN Platform. As a critical member of our agile engineering team, you will contribute to strategic platform initiatives that enable AI-driven innovation, including MCP Server capabilities and Consistent MCP Access across the LN ecosystem. You will help drive technical excellence, collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines, and contribute to the evolution of Infor's next-generation enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performing platform services and applications.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on MCP Servers, Consistent MCP Access, and AI-enabled platform capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Architecture, Cloud Operations, and QA teams to deliver business-critical features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives around software performance, reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.
- Leverage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and technical leadership.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate opportunities to incorporate new capabilities into the LN Platform.

- Experience in software development, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments.
- Experience in one or more programming languages such as Infor LN 4GL (or willingness to learn), C++, C, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing and developing APIs, backend services, or platform-level capabilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced engineering environment.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern platform engineering practices.
- Experience developing REST APIs, integration frameworks, or distributed systems.
