We are seeking a skilled Python Automation Engineer with a focus on analytics and data warehousing. Expertise lies in developing and maintaining automated processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows, as well as creating robust and scalable data pipelines.
- Design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, UX Design, and QA to deliver business-critical features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical roadmap planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives around software performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and code collaboration.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption.

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
- Experience building scalable automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python.
- Automate business processes, system administration tasks, data processing, and report generation.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and utilities.
- Build automation for web applications, desktop applications, and command-line utilities.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for business operations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation scripts for reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and application teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Implement logging, exception handling, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
· Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for automation.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Experience in software development, ideally within SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Experience in (programming languages relevant to the product stack — e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience of cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms).
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Education:
