Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

Design, build, and maintain backend solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Field Service Management (FSM) modules, workflows, and integrations within an agile squad.
About the role
You will join a dedicated agile squad working across the full delivery lifecycle — from design and configuration through to go-live and ongoing support. As a ServiceNow Developer you design, build, configure and maintain backend solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with specific focus on Field Service Management (FSM). You will own assigned modules and features end to end.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, configure and customise ServiceNow FSM modules, workflows, business rules, Script Includes and integrations
Support system testing, defect resolution, deployment and post-implementation support
Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and configuration details
Work closely with the Business Analyst, QA Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer and Product Manager across the delivery lifecycle
About you
Minimum 1 year implementing or supporting ServiceNow FSM solutions
ServiceNow application developer skills
Scripting in ServiceNow fundamentals — both server-side and client-side
Able to work independently on standard development tasks, contribute to design discussions and own assigned modules or features
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) — good to have
