Responsibilities\n

  • Full Lifecycle Development: being part of an agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products.
  • \n
  • DevOps & Microservices: help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture.
  • \n
  • Shared Components: design, implement, test, and maintain core features in the shared java library, including HTTP clients, service infrastructure, data access, messaging, metrics, logging, secrets, rate limiting, health checks, and build tooling.
  • \n
  • Embrace AI technology: leveraging these transformative technologies to accelerate the team’s productivity and the delivery of customer features.
  • \n
  • Adaptable & Problem-Solver: tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly.

Qualifications\n

Minimum Qualifications:

    \n
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g., Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering).
  • \n
  • Demonstrated 3+ years experience in software development.
  • \n
  • Extensive architecture and programming experience and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • \n
  • Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems.
  • \n
  • Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning and quality results.
  • \n

Preferred Qualifications:

    \n
  • Knowledge of programming in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript.
  • \n
  • Experience owning internal platform libraries or frameworks used by hundreds or thousands of services.
  • \n
  • Experience modernizing legacy Java components while preserving compatibility.
  • \n
  • Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Micrometer, InfluxDB, Grafana, or similar systems.
  • \n
  • Experience with security scanning, SBOM generation, dependency vulnerability management, and static analysis.
  • \n
  • Hands-on use of Codex or similar AI coding agents in real software development workflows.
  • \n
  • We provide training and mentoring for all new team members to fill in any gaps.
