We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance our web-based applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in modern web development technologies, including Drupal and PHP, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a cross‑functional team, contribute to technical decisions, and grow into greater technical responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and websites.
• Contribute to the development and customization of Drupal-based applications and content management systems.
• Develop and maintain backend services using PHP and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including project managers, designers, and product owners/business analysts to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and security.
• Follow and contribute to coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Manage source code repositories and development workflows using version control systems.
• Share knowledge and support peer developers through collaboration and code review participation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and contribute to project planning activities.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in web applications development.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience developing and maintaining applications using Drupal and PHP.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with Drupal module development, customization, and deployment.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
• Experience using code versioning and source control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Business‑level English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional web development frameworks and technologies, including:
  • Ruby on Rails
  • ReactJS
  • Node.js
• Knowledge of AWS and/or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
