Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core development.
• 2+ years of experience in C#.
• Experience in working with Visual Studio / VS Code
• You must have experience with MySQL and/or MongoDB.
• Must have strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• He should have exposure to DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Has strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Must have experience using JIRA.
• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You should be self-driven, confident, committed, and motivated.
• You should be flexible and willing to go the extra mile.

AI Skills (Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor AI, or similar AI coding assistants**.
• Experience leveraging AI for:
• Code generation and optimization.
• Code review and debugging.
• Unit test case generation.
• Technical documentation.
• API development and troubleshooting.
• Requirement analysis and solution design.
• Ability to write effective prompts to maximize developer productivity.
• Understanding of AI-assisted software development and best practices for responsible AI usage.

• Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into .NET applications using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft AI services, or similar frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to adopt and use AI tools as part of the daily software development lifecycle
