Software Engineer – Sitecore

Summary

Build and migrate a financial-sector website in Sitecore, using .NET/C# and content modeling, then train in-house teams to maintain it.

emagine is looking for a Senior Sitecore developer, who can help one of our partners in the financial sector.

Summary

This role focuses on developing and maintaining Sitecore solutions, ensuring that digital solutions support business needs effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Together with business stakeholders, continue to refine and finalize the new website structure, content model, and migration in Sitecore.

  • Design and configure Sitecore templates, components, and related content structures to support the new website, focusing on fund dynamic pages.

  • Provide firsthand knowledge transfer and training to the in-house software engineer to build Sitecore capability and support the solution after delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Sitecore experience, with several end-to-end Sitecore implementations or migrations.

  • Experience with Sitecore architecture and content modeling.

  • Experience with Sitecore templates, renderings/components, layouts, placeholders, workflows, and personalization.

  • Experience designing and implementing content migration scripts.

  • Skills in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, APIs, and integration patterns related to Sitecore.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • 8+ years of experience in web development/CMS implementations.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on Sitecore experience.

  • Proven experience leading or delivering complex Sitecore migrations or implementations end-to-end.

Other Details:

  • Preferred start date/end date: ASAP – 31.12.2026

  • Work location: On-site in Copenhagen, Denmark, at least three days per week.
