We are seeking passionate and motivated engineers to join our team in delivering innovative Satellite Communication (SATCOM) solutions who are eager to build their careers in satellite communications and system engineering. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, system integration, software development, testing, and project implementation. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver end-to-end SATCOM solutions that meet operational and business requirements.

Be Part of Our Success

• Test, deploy, and perform software/software patch installations, validation, and documentation
• Prepare and maintain system and database backup and restore procedures
• Participate in project meetings, system acceptance testing (SAT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and on-site deployment activities
• Liaise with vendors and users to troubleshoot and resolve software, system, and deployment issues both on-site and remotely
• Support the deployment, integration, monitoring, and maintenance of AI-enabled applications and solutions
• Assist in validating AI model deployments and AI application performance in test and production environments
• Collaborate with development, data, and engineering teams to support AI solution implementation and operational readiness
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures for both traditional and AI-based systems
• Comply with project plans, security policies, industry standards, and AI governance best practices
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in EEE/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with software deployment and repository tools
• Knowledge of digital communications, Microsoft.NET, Scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices
• Knowledge of Communication Stack Layer and various communication protocols like SNMP, TCP/IP and UDP
• Knowledge of Firmware development will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of OS/System Hardening will be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies
• Understanding of AI model validation, performance monitoring, and operational support
• Awareness of AI governance, security, and data privacy best practices
• Willing to learn and travel to site
• Customer support outside of normal business hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
• Singaporeans only
