We are looking for Software Engineer who wants to learn and transform his career.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of features and services—from agreed design input through production—including accurate estimation and safe landing of changes on owned domains. Initiatives complete with acceptable defect escape; sprint outcomes are predictable; rework on owned areas trends down.


• Contribute to system and integration design with diagrams and trade‑off notes; implement agreed architectures; elevate cross‑service decisions to Senior Staff or Architect when needed. Design artifacts are timely; Staff review cycles are efficient; fewer late rework cycles on owned integrations.


• Operate owned services in production: on‑call participation, incident response, RCAs, runbook improvements, and observability on assigned paths. MTTR improves on owned services; repeat incident classes decline; alert noise decreases where the engineer owns code.


• Maintain high quality and security standards—reviews, SonarQube, Veracode or Checkmarx remediation, secure‑by‑design habits—without repeated reminders on owned work. Security and Sonar findings close within SLA; review quality is recognized by Staff; defect rate on owned code trends down.


• Mentor junior engineers through pairing and clear guidance; coordinate with Staff on dependencies; represent the squad on integration threads within agreed scope. Juniors are unblocked predictably; cross‑team blockers surface early; regional partners receive clear updates on owned work.


• Deliver inner‑source contributions and keep OpenAPI contracts, versioning, and consumer communication disciplined. Upstream contributions are reviewable; breaking changes are rare and well communicated.


• Ship full‑stack increments (Angular or React with Java/Spring backend); own acceptance automation and CI/CD health on owned services; model strong daily AI‑native practice (Cursor, Claude or approved, MCP, agentic workflows) with verification. End‑to‑end releases are reliable; pipeline success and test coverage trend favorably; GenAI use stays policy‑compliant.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced or fluent English


• Java, Spring Boot, REST, microservices fundamentals; system design (contributor) with draw.io (or equivalent); full‑stack ownership — production Angular or React plus backend; AWS and EKS; external integrations; OpenAPI design/review/evolution; testing (unit, integration, acceptance automation); deployment ownership (CI/CD, Jenkins, promotions, rollback awareness, pipeline improvement on owned services); SonarQube; Veracode or Checkmarx; observability and incident/RCA participation; Kafka/event patterns as backlog requires; secure‑by‑design; AI‑native mindset per policy.


• AI toolchain (EB9): strong daily Cursor (or equivalent) and Claude (or approved); practical MCP and agentic workflows on owned work—aligned with Staff standards, not org‑wide AI governance.

IaC; agents/LLM in product features; front‑end performance; AWS certification.
