We’re looking for a Software Engineer – Team Lead with strong C# or Java experience to lead a small team, build reliable solutions, and turn business needs into real-world applications. If you enjoy coding, problem-solving and guiding others, this could be your next move.
What You Will Do?
Own It End-to-End – Take solutions from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
Build & Enhance – Develop reliable applications using C# or Java.
Partner with the Business – Turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
Keep Things Running – Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance, stability and reliability.
Lead & Grow the Team – Mentor engineers, review code and champion development best practices.
Drive Automation – Work across teams to enhance automation/RPA solutions and deliver new features.
Explore What’s Next – Explore emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance development and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of software development experience
Strong hands‑on experience in C# OR Java – Must Have
Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team
Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns and REST APIs
Experience with SQL and Git/Bitbucket
Able to communicate directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
Experience with .NET, RPA or automation platforms is an advantage
Exposure to Copilot, Gemini or other AI development tools is an added advantage
This role ideal for a hands‑on engineer ready to combine coding, technical ownership and team leadership.
