The Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and release of web and mobile applications using Java/Python/JavaScript with Angular or ReactJS frameworks, microservices architecture, and various API protocols.

The Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and release of our organizations web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and design software solutions to meet the product requirements
- Develops applications focusing on presentation layer using Application programming interfaces (APIs) and Micro Services architecture
- Develops unit and automation test scripts under the test driven development lifecycle
- Contributes to the coding best practices and help with code merges and releases.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience required
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 2+ yea+ years of hands-on object-oriented programming in Java or Python and/or Javascript (UI) (Angular or ReactJS) frameworks required
Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of all phases of Software development life cycle
- Software Development Experience with Java or Python
- Experience with UI modern framework like AngularJS or ReactJS
- Experience with microservice architecture, end-to-end UI/API integration, and knowledge of API protocols like REST, gRPC, and GraphQL
- Familiar with coding and testing best practices as well as ability to understand complex business problems and design high quality technical solutions.
- Knowledge about the Caching technologies and DBMS technologies like Oracle or MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB
- Strong Problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
